1. The short version

RiseRevenue is a practice platform for salespeople. Your practice calls are recorded, transcribed, and scored by AI, and the audio is kept only for your scored assessment call. Your scores are visible to you and to authorized staff in your organization. Optional personality and assessment data shapes coaching and never affects a score. Deletion requests are handled by our team by email today. The rest of this page is the detail behind those sentences.

2. What we collect

Account information.Your name, email address, role, and your membership in your organization's workspace.

Onboarding answers. What you sell, your industry, your experience level, your goals, and similar intake questions you answer to set up your profile.

Practice data. Transcripts of your practice roleplays and assessments, the audio recording of your assessment, the scores and evidence the AI judge produces from them, your course progress, and your written reflections. Every one of these calls is practice against an AI prospect; we do not record or transcribe your real calls with real prospects.

Optional personality and assessment data. If you or your organization choose to add it: a Myers-Briggs type, an Enneagram type, or an Objective Management Group assessment upload.

Product telemetry. Operational records of how the service is used, such as AI usage and cost accounting, so we can run and improve the platform. We also record when a shared view-only link is opened and how many times, so your workspace can see which of its links reached somebody.

3. How we use it

We use your data to run the product: to hold live practice conversations, to transcribe and score them, to generate coaching guidance, to pick the skills and courses that fit your gaps, and to show your organization's staff the team views their roles allow. We also use it to operate the business: support, billing, security, and keeping the service healthy.

The firewall. Personality and assessment data (Myers-Briggs, Enneagram, Objective Management Group results) informs how coaching is delivered and which skills or courses come first. It is excluded from scoring. It never feeds a score, a grade, a tier, or a leaderboard position. Scores are computed only from what you said on your calls.

4. Who can see your data

You. Your scores, transcripts, history, and profile.

Your organization's staff, by role.Managers and workspace administrators can see the scores, transcripts, and progress of the people in their workspace. Every organization's data is isolated from every other organization's data with row-level security in our database, and a page we serve without a sign-in shows only the workspace its link belongs to.

People your workspace shares a view with.A manager or workspace administrator can create a view-only link to a dashboard or a readout and send it to someone outside your workspace, such as an executive or an outside coach. Each link is issued to one named person, works without them signing in, shows only what that dashboard or readout shows, and can be turned off at any time. Anyone holding that link's address can open it, so turning a link off stops it working for all of them. It never shows anyone's email address. We record when each link is created, who it was issued to, when it was turned off, and when it was last opened, and your workspace administrators can see all of it.

Your recording. The audio of your assessment is yours alone. You can play it back on your own score page; your manager and your workspace administrators work from the written transcript and have no way to listen to the recording.

Private coach surfaces. Personal context you share in surfaces the product labels as private stays private to you. Managers do not see it.

RiseRevenue. A small number of our staff can access customer data when operating and supporting the service. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

5. The services that process your data

RiseRevenue runs on established infrastructure providers, and some of them necessarily process your data to make the product work:

Supabase (database, authentication, and storage), Vercel (application hosting), Anthropic and OpenAI (the AI models that drive the practice buyer, the judge, and the coach; they receive transcript text to produce their output), Vapi with Deepgram and Cartesia (live voice transport, speech recognition, speech synthesis, and recording of the call), Cloudflare (course video streaming), Resend (transactional email), and Monday.com together with Slack (processing of signup and lead records by our team).

We do not use your practice data to train foundation AI models, and we do not permit our AI providers to use it for training theirs.

6. Your profile is person-first

Your RiseRevenue identity is created for you as a person, with your employer attached as a workspace membership. Our intent is that the skills and history you earn stay with you. If you leave an employer, the transition is handled by our team today: contact us and we will help move your profile. Records created inside an employer's workspace remain visible to that employer as described in section 4.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep the audio of your Oral Assessment, the scored practice call your coaching starts from, for one year, then delete it automatically; your organization can arrange a different retention period with us. For roleplay practice and behavior drills we keep no audio: the recording is discarded once the transcript is written. Your written transcripts, your scores, and the rest of your data stay with your account while it is active so your history and coaching stay useful. If you want your data exported or deleted, email privacy@riserevenue.com and our team will handle the request and confirm when it is done. Today this is a manual process handled person to person. Self-serve export and deletion controls are planned for a later release.

8. Security

Every organization's data is isolated with row-level security in our database. Data is encrypted in transit. Administrative credentials and service keys are kept in a managed secrets vault, are never shipped to the browser, and are rotated. Sensitive assessment data is classified and handled under stricter internal rules, including staying out of logs.

9. Who RiseRevenue is for

RiseRevenue is a workplace tool for adults. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes and contact

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Questions about privacy go to privacy@riserevenue.com. The terms that govern your use of the product are at riserevenue.com/terms.
