Terms of Service

Last updated: July 6, 2026

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Rise Revenue is a practice platform for salespeople. You practice real, spoken sales conversations against an AI buyer, receive a score the moment you hang up, and work through courses aimed at your gaps. These terms are an agreement between you and Rise Revenue and they govern your use of the product at riserevenue.com and in the Rise Revenue iPhone app.

By creating an account or using the product you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we handle it.

2. Early access

Rise Revenue is in an early access period. Accounts are created by invitation. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product matures, and some capabilities described in our marketing materials may arrive in stages. Ask us what works today and you will get a straight answer.

3. Your account

You agree to give us accurate information when you sign up, to keep your password private, and to tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. Your account is for you personally. Do not share a login between people; scores and coaching are built around one person's real practice.

Your account is created for you as a person, keyed to your email address, with a membership in your company's workspace. Our intent is that the skills and history you earn stay associated with you as a person. If you change employers, contact us and we will help move your profile; the mechanics of a transition are handled by our team today rather than by a self-serve control.

4. Practice calls are recorded as transcripts and scored by AI

This is the heart of the product. When you run a practice roleplay, what you say is transcribed and stored as a text transcript. After the call, an AI judge reads the transcript against your organization's scorecard and produces a score with quoted evidence from what you actually said. Coaching guidance in the product is also generated by AI from your practice history.

The AI judge is instructed to grade what happened on the call, and we do not soften results. A score is a practice measurement meant to help you improve. It is not a certification, and Rise Revenue does not decide how your employer uses practice results in its own management decisions.

5. Who can see your scores

Your scores, transcripts, and practice history are visible to you and to authorized staff in your organization's workspace, such as your manager and workspace administrators, according to their roles. Personal context you share privately with the coach, in surfaces the product labels as private, stays private to you and is not shown to your managers.

6. Personality and assessment data shape coaching, never scores

You or your organization may add optional context such as a Myers-Briggs type, an Enneagram type, or an Objective Management Group assessment. This data is used to shape how coaching is delivered and which skills or courses come first. It is firewalled out of scoring: it never feeds a score, a grade, a tier, or a leaderboard position. Scores come only from what you actually said on your calls.

7. Acceptable use

Use the product for sales practice and learning. Do not attempt to break authentication or access another organization's data, probe or overload the service, resell access, upload content you have no right to share, or use the platform to generate content that is unlawful or harassing. We may suspend accounts that put other customers' data or the service at risk.

8. Your content and ours

Your organization's scorecards, personas, and sales methodology remain your organization's property. Your practice transcripts are yours; you grant us the license needed to operate the product on them (transcribe, store, score, and display them to you and your organization as described above). The Rise Revenue software, design, and course content we author remain ours.

9. Ending an account

You can stop using Rise Revenue at any time. Your organization's administrator can remove members from its workspace. To request account deletion, email us at the address below; deletion requests are handled by our team today and we will confirm when the work is done. Some records may be retained where the law requires it.

10. Disclaimers and limits

The product is provided as is during early access. We work hard to keep it available and correct, and we do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free AI output. AI-generated scores and coaching are tools for practice and can be imperfect. To the extent the law allows, Rise Revenue's total liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes and contact

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Questions go to legal@riserevenue.com.
